Organisational Invites
Employees are invited to create a Peer account and install the Peer Chrome extension to capture video and/or audio examples of their performance.

Gather Data
Monthly, employees provide sales performance examples. More evidence allows for deeper analysis.
This is captured via our Chrome extension or direct upload and is often in the form of call recordings, video meetings or in-person audio/video recordings.

Review, Feedback and Report
Our experts review submissions during the data-gathering phase, aiming to complete evaluations within 14 days after the last submission.
You receive a comprehensive monthly report including a competency matrix, skills grading per employee/team/department, links to performance examples with individual reviews and feedback, improvement recommendations, and highlights of exceptional performance.
