You can add individuals into specific groups or teams depending on your needs and assign those groups to specific forms.
Our user types allow you to allocate specific QA responsibilities to specific team members, and restrict access to specific teams, forms and features as you wish.
In Reporting you can assess and measure core competency levels against specific skills within individuals, groups, teams and departments.
Either Use our Best Practice Library feature to store completed reviews that demonstrate great practice, or use our sharable "view-only" links to create your own libraries within your intranet etc.

From the outset, Peer will be storing and tokenising your saved review data in preperation for future services and features, namly AI tools that can learn from your teams abilities.
But dont worry, we will not do anything with this data without asking you first and have no plans to share this data with third parties without express permission to do so.

We have big plans at Peer!
Because of the way our platform is designed, we will be perfectly positioned to create bespoke AI agents that can learn from your current team at a truly granular level.
As a result, we plan on releasing custom, learning AI Sales Agents in late 2025 to assist your team with sales activities and accelerate your revenues.
As well as Next-Gen AI we plan on adding current-gen AI tooling to Peer very soon, including conversational intelligence, review assistance, real-time tips and suggestions for sales reps and lots more.
This is planned for a mid-2025 update and will allow you to rely on Peer as your "main platform" without having to use multiple solutions for worse or similar results.
Our Form Library will evolve into a Marketplace, allowing you to create and sell branded competency forms, use/buy those made by other companies and so much more.
Peer is all about collaboration and skill sharing, so why not earn a little in the process?

For users that opt in, your review data will be anonymised, processed and tokenised ready to be used to be provided to other AI companies seeking to teach Next-Gen AI agents Sales Skills.
However, our plans are to ensure companies that provided this data are informed of these use cases and compensated for any revenue Peers generates by providing access to this training data.
In mid to late 2025 new features, tools and integrations shall be added to allow CS functions to take advantage of Peer.
This will be a huge update and Peer will be able to support many more businesses and individuals by providing them with the tools they need to perform human performance reviews, feedback sessions and QA.
We are currently in talks with and planning integrations with CRM such as Hubspot and Salesforce as well as other SaaS platforms and Cloud services such as Notion, Google Meets, Zoom, Nooks etc.
This is all part of our aim to ensure media is gathered seamlessly and the collection of data points for review and skills is synced.
