We invite employees to create a Peer account and provide directions on installing the Peer Chrome extension used to capture video and/or audio examples of performance.
We recommend a minimum of 30 days to gather examples of performance from employees with a minimum requirement of 2 examples per employee. Of course, the more evidence provided, the deeper the analysis.
As we review while data is being gathered, we aim to get all reviewing completed within 14 days of the last example of performance having been submitted.
At this stage, you will receive a comprehensive report based on your specific needs, including, but not limited to, a core competency matrix, skills grading per employee/team/department, links to all examples of performance with completed individual reviews and feedback, recommendations for improvement and highlights of above average performance.
PeerAudits can be one-off snapshots or spaced at regular intervals to evaluate and highlight progress.
